Rewards marked as delivered but none of them have been delivered

2 are at 3 weeks now and one at one week that has changed to delivered today. None of them have been delivered.

Anyone else in the same boat?

Already contacted support and they said the two would be re-sent today... Haven't received either of those either.

Update: 2 have been delivered after 17 days. One more waiting.
