It's been about 2 weeks since I redeemed two Visa cards and haven't received either one yet. I've messaged support and they've said they would be re-sent today. I also have one that was supposed to be sent today but it's still marked as pending.
So now I'm wondering if I'm the only one having problem or not.
At 17 days waiting for 2x $10 cards. A week for one more $10 card.
