I sent in a ticket about an issue that I posted on here about earlier in the week. No one replied to it, so I assume it's not a common thing.
I was wondering how long it takes to get a reply back from earnhoney.
I also am not sure if I did it correctly, I went to the website, clicked "contact us" and filled out the request. Is that how you submit a ticket or is it a different way? I've never done it before, so I want to make sure it's correct.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
