I watched a bunch of videos (that are probably outdated by now) and bought some Kyocera Hydros for Perk, but they seem to be too old to download it.

I tried checking other apps and they're either too old for em or don't work (earnhoney).

If they don't, is there a recommended budget phone for farming current apps?
