Is the 48 hour ban actually permanent?

Yesterday I received an email stating " Earnhoney.com the account has been disabled for 48 hours". I try to log in and receive a "Account has reached daily cap for offers. Please try again in 48 hours." message. Fine. I can handle being in "time out" for 2 days.

But I also have heard of accounts *not* being reinstated after 2 days. Is that true for some people? Is my account disabled permanently?
