international tax form

so am from canada, am trying to type in my postal code which has letters in it, but the field provided for the postal code in the international tax form wont permit letters only numbers, and also it show s column provided for state and city, whereas i only know my province and city as am in canada, what can i do. any canadians facing this problem too
