I've read several people complaining of payout issues from October-November, it all could've just been growing pains when sites institute new redemption methods. Plus they were expanding with new features such as videoloyalty and DM. Which itself had a bug over the Thanksgiving holiday. These things happen, my advice to anyone seeking lost payments is to just stay patient and polite. Now that the busy season is over, try submitting a ticket again. It worked for me!
