Softbanned as soon as I start Roku?

I was softbanned all weekend, and finally got my "8" back today. I was running videos for about 4 hours on my computer with no problem, but then decided to start the Roku app. Within 15 minutes I went back down to a "7" on my user panel.

What gives? Why even have the apps if you can't use them?
