I redeemed Paypal last month but didn't receive it. Raised a ticket and was told that the payment has been sent again. But I never received it. Fast forward to today, the payment has been sent again 4 times but I'm yet to receive it, and the status still says "Pending". I've been with them for almost 2 years and this is the first time this is happening.
