New Chrome Having Issues

So...my chrome updated this morning on my Lubuntu systems and now Flash is not available in the chrome://flags anymore. I can still find it in the settings but only has 2 options to change.

I installed Chromium and have not really had any issues thus far. I do not have a Windows system to check on so I was wondering if anyone is seeing the chrome://flags options for Flash missing on the Windows version?
