I ordered a $5 VISA card through the "instant" VIP redemptions on 6/20 and it's been nearly 3 weeks and I still haven't received it. Others have also had this problem too, so if you're thinking about using the VIP redemptions don't even bother since you probably won't ever get your rewards despite saying that it would process within 24 hours.
