Not soft banned but still no ads, EH has their own in-house soft ban?

This has happened on a few occasions the past 2 months. Not soft banned as I'm still getting ncraves but absolutely no ads at all. Absolute no ads, earns 0 HD$ for an entire day. Last time that happened I shut everything running EH off for a few days and the ads returned.
