How long should earnhoney support take to reply back?

I have a payment that said it was delivered on 6/25/2017 in the redemption history, but I never actually received the payment.

I also replied back on July 5 as a reminder for them, but now it's been 4 days so I'm kind of antsy that I have a payment that is now 2 weeks late :/. http://ift.tt/2u1p14p
