My user panel went yellow late last week. I change IPs with no luck. I cleared cookies and re-logged in, no change. I turned off ALL web based earnings for 4 days, still yellow. I changed IPs again and started up perk.tv, SB & InstaGC, they are all working. Today, day 5, my user panel is still yellow.
