So poking around the subreddit I have gotten a few ideas as to what it means to be blacklisted.
1) all your userpanel rankings go to zero.
2) all your userpanel rankings get lowered to yellow and red for prolonged periods of time. (not an ad drought)
Now, I don't know if both of these situations are blacklistings but I'm most suspicious about scenario 2 being the case. So if anyone would like to clear up what counts as blacklisting I'm all ears.
Also, I would love to know typically how long you had to wait before you were returned to normal.
Assuming scenario 2 is indeed a blacklisting, I have been stuck blacklisted for all of April. There was a small period of 5 days where I was back to normal (green rankings) but then I was blacklisted again. And yes, this has happened to me on other sites like swagbucks and instagc. But I'm guessing that is because they share the same (retarded) ad providers.
