facebook reward sharing no longer 5% back?

So i redeemed for $5 and as is per my customary actions i shared it to my facebook, but to my surprise i only got 10 HD back instead of the regular 25 HD (5% of 500). Did they change this and not tell anyone? Can anyone else confirm this?
