I contacted them about missing points a week ago and still haven't heard anything. I didn't see anything on their site about average wait time, and I'm used to other sites being 1, 2 days max but I don't know if this is normal for them. How long should I wait before contacting them again? I don't want to end up being banned from support like some other websites will do for contacting them about missing points too often.
