Back or forth with the IP issue

This is not a bashing of the over use of ip but I do need some information on what it means if it happen to me.

Basically the beginning of the year was really bad for me I was making next to nothing but about a week ago everything went back to normal for me.

Now I am back in the red like before. Do I have to worry about my pending gift cards? if as of today i am "burnt out"
