For about two days now, my videos have barely been playing. I can get only about 5 HD a day. I'm getting tons of black screens. The biggest thing I've noticed is I'm now getting these weird spinny things that I had never seen before: http://ift.tt/2lDhXGG

Sometimes the videos do play just fine (rare) but I don't get HD. My internet speed is more than fine, 20 down and 2 up (higher than normal). FWIW I use a Chromebook, but it acts like this on my Mac as well, just not as pronounced. It always runs better on my Mac anyways. Any ideas on how to fix this?
