Not quite sure what's going on here, both of my Windows tablets are doing some awfully weird stuff...the videos and ads have a "negative" look to them

Is anyone else experiencing this "negative" look, negative as in like film from photographs...everything is pink, green and purple colors. At 1st I thought it was maybe my tablet going bad but it's happening on 2 of them and it started around the same time. When the video gets ready to end (right before refreshing) the screen goes normal for a second and then the ad starts and it has the negative look as well. This is only happening in the actual video player window, the rest of my screen is normal and my laptops are not experiencing this at all.

EDIT: Added pics so you can see what I'm talking about. Apparently disabling hardware acceleration works for some, it did not work for me though. Guess I'll just enjoy my pink, green and purple videos/ads until it decides it wants to be normal again.
