Lowering the minimum cashout balance?

I like earnhoney and I appreciate all goodies I got but as you know the current minimum balance to redeem is $5 and at times of low ads availability it really takes a relatively long time to reach that target especially given that EH needs a PC with a very good specs to run good and not everyone has a cabinet full of laptops or willing to use their primary laptops for that. This in turn makes the experience sometimes frustrating and people may quit out of that frustration. I think a figure like $1 minimum is going to encourage persistence in running the program and make it more attractive for people to join in.
