I've been struggling with an ad for over a week it's an Enbrel ad that is about a minute or longer it gives no viewability not only that but it causes the following video content to only play for 10 seconds. The next video will load up only to play the same ad and bug-out the following video again, this happens for hours if I don't manually stop it. I'm forced to switch to another buzztv site which doesn't pay well at all for me, switching browsers does nothing and this happens across all of my machines. I've reported it every day through the report viewability problems area and contacted support and haven't heard or seen anything done about it. As well as haven't seen anything from those days of ad views.
I'm begging for some kind of feature maybe build it into the report viewability which puts support in touch with the known issues but lets you remove it from your ad viewing cycle until the issues have been addressed.
