Earnings Come to Crawl - IP Burned Out? How do I check?

So my earnings suddenly came to a slow crawl an hour ago, from what I'm reading here I burned out my IP. I have cable so does that mean when the IP resets it will go back to normal? Does this happen to all of Buzz TV or just certain playlists?
