Anyway to Fix Low Earners(This Machine/Hot Sites)

I recently had some good earning computers stop playing ads consistently. Instead of having the white circles instantly find an ad, it would have a pink line circle constantly swirl and get stuck.

I checked the hot site tabs and it showed on the THIS MACHINE tab that that Earnhoney went from 7 to 1, Matched Cars went from 8 to 6.....and so forth. The other computers had them at 7s and 8s and were working perfectly, so I know for a fact this is not a site wide issue.

My question is how do you prevent your computers from turning to low earners and how do you fix those that do change?

I've tried different web browsers and incognitio/ clearing the cache. No help.
