I have two rewards from the end of September that are listed as being "In Verification" What does this even mean? I have had many redemptions prior to those and never had that happen and have redeemed several more time following that and they have all been fulfilled. My earning habits have not changed nor I have used a vpn or different IP address for earning or redeeming. I filled out a ticket about a week ago and have not heard anything. Is it just a waste of time filling out a ticket?
