very easy $2.40. go to special offers -> adgate, select category "apps" (android; i did not look for ios).
install and run. the first screen offers to connect with facebook or as guest. i went with guest. pick your avatar and enter casino and pick a game. tap auto and let it run. credits instantly with EH when you hit level 11.
if you run out of chips, there are bonuses every hour or so. and while you're playing, balloons occasionally appear that you can tap for extra chips. i think i ran out twice, but with the bonuses, i was still able to reach level 11 in less than a day.
