3 weeks ago I tried to redeem 150 OPTin to ETH. I used by Coinbase wallet, as suggested by the Earnhoney FAQ, but nothing every showed up. I contacted support about this 3 times. The first 2 times, support gave me a 1-sentence answer to check my wallet again, and then ignored multiple response from me updating the support ticket. For my 3rd ticket submitted 2 days ago, I simply haven't gotten any response.
I'm trying to get a refund at this point, since their OPTin to ETH exchange doesn't work. How can I get someone's attention at Earnhoney if support is ignoring my ticket?
