I did the shaw academy offer almost 2 weeks ago. Adgate immediately listed it as credited. Instead of getting the points, I got a message in my earnhoney inbox saying " Shaw Academy is pending and should be approved within the next 7 days, due to a large number of respondents."
After 8 days I contacted support, they replied asking for additional details (Which offerwall and amount), which I provided. Shortly after that they closed the ticket without another response, and still no points. I opened another ticket yesterday but its been nearly 2 weeks since the offer and I feel like support is ignoring me.
