"My Account" won't accept my cellphone number.

When I try to enter my cell number under "My Account" it says it's verified until I click "Update" then it kicks back an error claiming my number is VOIP. My number is not VOIP it's my cell phone I have had this number for 10 years.

I have tried a bunch of things to get it to work, nothing has worked. I sent a message to support but haven't heard back yet.
