Okay.
Since the Chrome update, I've followed the steps listed out in Chrome's Flags/"no user input is needed".
The first time I load up a page, I receive an advert... and then after, the video from a library such as Matched Cars cuts out as soon as it starts (well, more like three seconds), replaced with that goddamn annoying notification with the emoticon with hearts for eyes and the high-pitched music.
This occurs on both my laptop and my desktop when I'm at either (yes, I do occasionally interact with interesting adverts).
Any idea what's going on?
