I just received an email stating my account was disabled. I don't think I broke the rules, although I have had some issues lately with my ISP requiring me to restart my modem. I sent them an email detailing that fact. Other than sending an email, how do I get my account re-enabled?
Edit: i think I was receiving new IP addresses after restarting my modem many times. Could changing IP addresses frequently trigger a ban? Even though I was using only one IP address at a time (I was only running EH at home and not using another network at the same time such as my work computer)?
