Are you going to pay me?? Redeemed on 12\04\2017 sent ticket, was told it may take 7 days??? Its now 12\15\2018

This is my second post here. Yes I submitted a ticket which was not read because I received a form letter saying it may take up to 7 days to pay from the time I redeemed.

I sent another support ticket which was ignored.

I've used your site since it was in beta and I think it's pretty bad I'm being treated like this.

The last time I posted you told me Reddit was not the place to handle support issues. Well where is the place? My first ticket was not read as the answer didn't match up to my ticket. Your team's answer only verified that I should have already been paid.
