Watch the whole video, offer has not been completed?

Hi guys, been wondering if this is an issue from my part or the earnhoney. The problem is that when i go watch "VL premium video" that pay 0.25 HB per video, after watching the duration of the video, the "offer completed" that is on the top right of the computer screen stay at 0 after it been refreshed automatically. Anyway to fix this?
