Is it possible to get soft banned for reloading pages alot? Was trying to play a heavy intensive game with discovery media. Everytime I alt tabbed The pages froze. So I was experimenting with the graphics. Everytime it froze I closed chrome, used ccleaner then opened it. Did it like 3 or 4 times. then on the last it said ip not qualified.
On a side note could it be I logged in many times in a short period with no cookies. Ccleaner wipes out everything so have to login everytime.
