Discovery Media: "Looks like you're seeing an offer in another tab, if you don't, please clear your browser's cache"

This is what I get every time I try to use the video playlists with 100 points and 300 points playlists. I got one computer that did that so I switched to another computer and now its doing it. I've cleared the cache, etc...rebooted the computer, etc...even tried it on the first computer after not using it for a few DAYS on that one...still have the same issue. Has anyone encountered this and a proper fix for it? I use Chrome, FireFox won't work with it (it typically plays 1-2 videos and then freezes at 23:59:59 on the timer..)
