Can someone confirm if I have been soft banned?

I ran earnhoney saturday and sunday night. Saturday with discovery media and made 2.0 ish overnight. (laptop and PC) Sunday night I was out of discovery media offers so used the TvMinutes offer on both my pc and laptop. I only made 80 cents.

Now, I can watch videos over and over but receive no honey. Discoverymedia says my IP is not qualified for the offer. All in all, nothing is working 100% for me right now.

Have I been banned somehow? Or otherwise prevented from gaining honey?
