How to factory reset insignia windows 8 tablet because it was bought password locked

Hi guys how can I factory reset my insignia windows 8 tablet I have. It has a windows password on it. Can I somehow download an imagine and burn it onto a micro USB or a flash drive and do something that way or is there another way to do it? Thank you
