I just started around yesterday and I have only 496 HDS and I know to get the reward you have to verify by phone but when I go to redeem a gift card it's there but show as gray, the VIP $5 gift card doesn't when I first go to see but when I refresh or check the others gift cards out it turns gray like the others. I'm trying to get the amazon gift card, what does this mean?
