Why can I only use one ad watching program or website at a time while others can run multiple?

For example, if I want to run Earnhoney, I cannot use InstaGC at the same time or I will get no ads and I will make nothing. This is true with any video watching app or site, including Perk mobile and desktop, SBTV, nCrave and similar, engagemetv, and more. This significantly lowers my earning opportunities because I can't run that many devices. I also can only run 1 tab of EH or else I get no ads.

Anyone else in Canada experiencing this?

EDIT: When I try multiple programs, it's on different devices.
