this has effected more than one beer money program for me, so i am posting in the general beermoney reddit...
for those of you who have windows 10, with the creator's update, have you experienced that you stopped receiving ads?
i used to get ads with earnhoney, and after the windows 10 creator's update i never again received another ad,
and i thought it was earnhoney's fault,
but now...
i ran engageme.tv on the same computer and, no ads with them either -
BUT receive ads on a different computer (and it's OLD, windows vista!) at the same location...
i don't know enough about computers, to know if there could be some other settings on the windows 10 computer (and/or if the problem is windows 10 itself, not just the update), that prevents me from getting ads -
i'm sure there's someone here who knows lots more than me, and maybe they could think of why i might not be getting any ads on the windows 10 creator's update computer...
(...i don't have ANY ad blocker running or even installed on that one, so it can't be that...)
if nothing else, this post can be a PSA, that maybe on windows 10 computers w/ the creator's update, something might prevent ads ...so for anyone who may be upgrading, just be aware...
