Ok first i would like to stress i am in now way trying to cheat the system but this happened and i want to point it out so you can patch it ...
on 05/26 I redeemed both 25$ and 5$ paypal, went in smoothly except instead of getting 1 text message with the code i got 5 of them .. .it was weird but i just used the last code and proceeded to share on facebook and the window popped up and i hit post to facebook and nothing happened i clicked it several times and nothing happened so i had to close out of it , when i went back to earnhoney not only had my balance not gone down but it increased quite a bit ... either the website is not deducting the amount i redeemed or something is up but now i have all the HD i started with and then some ... i dont want my account to get banned :(
so in summary...
Checking redemption history indeed shows the HD redeemed
Checking my Honey does not reflect the amount redeemed at all.
any ideas?
edit: also one thing i noticed is below the share this item box it has the words canceled... so maybe i think when the system started sending multiple codes it denied my redemption and that is why is not deducting ... so maybe the redemption history may eventually update to show it was canceled?? I did log out and and logged back in and it still wont update the balance correctly
