How can i use multiple devices per one ip or multiple ips

i have just tried to use multiple devices ( 2 PC ) per one IP. But Only one of two Pc get ads or both of them are not getting ads. So i wonder how i can use multiple devices per one IP. Or i must have multiple IPs? Thanks!
