So I didn't get payed 2 redemption cycles in a row and support was ignoring my ticket. I ended up having to make a ticket from another unregistered email with an unrelated subject and got an immediate reply. When I asked about my previous account they said "Hi I am sorry but your account has been flagged for suspicious behavior and your redemption will be denied."
That's it, no explanation or further replys to my ticket. I am still able to login and earn HD, and my redemptions still show as pending, but they will never pay them out.
TLDR and point of this post: If your missing your redemptions and EH seems to be ignoring you, they may of "soft banned" you
