big play button

Any one else been getting this. been getting this since the start of the month. On all apps. play button

edit:Swagbucks, apptrailers, earnhoney, perk, RTV. Perk and RTV will advance after about 30-45 seconds. Others will not go until I hit the 'play button'

edit: today it appears to be a verizon ad. If I press the button, half the screens show verizon.
